Be useful and respectful

Describe what happened, ask a clear question and distinguish personal experience from verified facts. Disagree with ideas without harassing people. Hate, threats and targeted abuse are not allowed.

Protect private information

Never publish passwords, passport or payment details, booking references, boarding passes or someone else's contact information. Remove identifying details before sharing a travel story.

No spam, scams or impersonation

Do not post repetitive promotions, fraudulent offers, misleading claims of official support or content copied without permission. Do not bypass account restrictions or publishing limits.

Use the right context

Select the correct airline and airport. Use Flight Problem for an actual flight issue, and publish its outcome when you have one. Do not present a guess about safety or travel requirements as official guidance.

Report problems

Use Report on a post or comment and briefly explain the issue. Moderators can hide content or suspend publishing access. Reports are not an emergency service and may not receive an immediate response.
